Experimental Water Colour drawing inspiration from Awhitu landscapes
Summary: You will have two days exploring your creative potential using watercolours and inks on large format top quality papers. The keynote with your time with James is experimentation and keeping an open mind. There are no rules but there is a general direction based on techniques to achieve texture, colour mixes and shapes based on the natural beauty and stunning landscapes found on Awhitu Peninsula.
No experience required. Limited to 2-3 people.
James Robb is a well known New Zealand Artist and Potter with over thirty years devoted to both disciplines. James has achieved many awards and has tutored extensively.
You will be working with James at his current workshop attached to the Awhitu Art Gallery.
