What Are You Paying For?

Every Outdoor Experience includes:

Guides: The services of an experienced sociable guide in your chosen activities. All guides own and operate the tour activity as a stand-alone business
Transport: We will pick you up and drop you off, anywhere in Auckland. We can pick you up directly from the Auckland Airport. We also arrange transport between venues. If you can provide your own transport that's fine, we will deduct the transport proportion from the total price
Meals: Meals prepared by experienced restaurateurs. Meals for the 2 days include a picnic lunch, an evening meal and a sit down lunch. The accommodation provider provides breakfast.
Accommodation: The outdoor experience has two levels of accommodation standard and backpacker. Standard provides quality bed and breakfast accommodation, while the backpacker accommodation is basic bunkhouse accommodation

Cost: Prices published are in NZ dollars. Prices quoted are per person
Reservations: At least one month prior
Confirmation: Confirmation of booking will occur within 3 working days of request
Deposit: Upon confirmation of booking, you will make payment of $100 deposit to reserve your place
Final payment: required one month prior to date of reserved experience.
Cancellations: After final payment you may cancel at any time prior to date of experience, however a $100 cancellation fee will apply

Meals and Medical: We can cater for vegetarian meals. Please let us know of any special dietary or medical requirements at time of booking

All Awhitu adventure experiences are limited to 6 people.
A minimum of 2 people required for the booking to be confirmed.
Outdoor experiences are dependent on the weather, our operators reserve the right to alter, cancel, or amend any offered itineraries should the weather or any other situation demand this
Accommodation Meals and Transport- although care is taken to ensure your time with us reflects the advertised providers, we reserve the right to utilise providers other than those named
